We always strive to make your experience with us as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. If this is not the case, we accept returns and/or exchanges within 14 days after delivery of your order. Products should be clean, unused, and undamaged to apply for the full refund.

 

Need to return your order?

Remember, products must be in a new and unused condition in the original packaging with original labeling. Ultimately, we reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the goods are deemed to have been used neglectfully or damaged. 

Shipping costs that occur when returning the product to us are at  your own expense. Product returns or exchanges need to be sent within 14 days after its’ arrival.

Faulty products are replaced or a fitting solution is offered by ManCave Sport.

Unfortunately, ManCave Sport can’t be responsible for goods that somehow get lost on their way back to us or receive extra import charges.

 

Sports fans from outside the EU should follow the steps below.

1. Please ship your ManCave Sport items only after having established contact with the ManCave Sport Team.
2. Send an email to contact@mancavesport.com and state your order number, full name, and reason for return. Support will provide the address to return your parcel.
3. Clearly write the return address on your items and return the products, including your original packing slip with sufficient postage to the provided.
4. For US Customers who need to return items to the European centre, we recommend you send the parcel using the appropriate USPS shipping method.
5. Request a proof of shipment with active Track & Trace-code. This allows for both parties to track the shipment online. When problems with shipping occur, contact your local postal carrier service and ManCave Sport
6. Allow for up to two weeks to process your return.

ManCave Sport does not cover any import taxes, duties and fees for orders outside of Poland/UK. Check with your local authorities when you are unsure about shipping questions. For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any customs fees, taxes or other costs that arise from returning the product to us.

Warranty 

ManCave Sport offers a 1-year warranty from the moment of purchase. When an item breaks down, please get in touch with us at contact@mancavesport.com with your proof of payment (incl. date) and photos for a smooth handling process. A fitting solution will be offered by our Support Team.

Extensive water damage or improper handling of the products do not fall under our warranty policy.
